Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Travel & Mice, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change, and we strive to provide a transparent and customer-friendly Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to familiarize yourself with our procedures in case you need to cancel or seek a refund for your travel bookings.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Hotel Reservations:

    • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date may not be eligible for a refund, and the hotel’s policy will apply.
  2. Tour Packages and Activities:

    • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date of the tour or activity are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the start date of the tour or activity may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made within 3 days of the start date of the tour or activity may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the tour operator’s policy.

Refund Scenarios:

  1. Booking Cancellation by Customer:

    • In case you decide to cancel your booking within the allowable cancellation period, you will be eligible for a refund as per the cancellation policy mentioned above.
  2. Booking Cancellation by Travel & Mice:

    • In rare circumstances, Travel & Mice may have to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund for the affected bookings.

Mode of Refund:

  1. Online Payment:

    • If you made the booking using an online payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, etc.), the refund amount will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking.
    • Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  2. Cash or Offline Payment:

    • If you made the booking through an offline mode of payment, such as cash or in-person transactions, the refund amount will be provided through an online transfer or check payment. You will be required to provide your bank details for the same.

 

Refund Timelines:

 

  1. Hotel Reservations:

    • Refunds for hotel cancellations are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  2. Tour Packages and Activities:

    • Refunds for tour package or activity cancellations are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Please note that the actual refund timelines may vary depending on the specific circumstances of the cancellation and external factors, such as bank processing times.

  • Travel & Mice reserves the right to modify the Refund and Cancellation Policy without prior notice, and the updated policy will be applicable to all bookings made after the modification date.
