Hotel Reservations:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a refund (Subject to the Cancellation policy of the hotel and Airlines while making the booking).
Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee (Subject to the Cancellation policy of the hotel and Airlines while making the booking).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date may not be eligible for a refund, and the hotel’s policy will apply.
Tour Packages and Activities:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date of the tour or activity are eligible for a refund (Subject to the Cancellation policy of the hotel and Airlines while making the booking).
Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the start date of the tour or activity may be subject to a cancellation fee (Subject to the Cancellation policy of the hotel and Airlines while making the booking).
Cancellations made within 3 days of the start date of the tour or activity may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the tour operator’s policy.
Refund Scenarios:
(a)Booking Cancellation by Customer:
In case you decide to cancel your booking within the allowable cancellation period, you will be eligible for a refund as per the cancellation policy mentioned above.
(b)Booking Cancellation by Travel & Mice:
In rare circumstances, Travel & Mice may have to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a refund for the affected bookings (Subject to the Cancellation policy of the hotel and Airlines while making the booking).
