Day 1 : Arrival at Delhi

Arrive in Delhi and transfer and check into the hotel for overnight stay.
Day2 : Delhi – Cochin (by air)

In the morning, transfer to the airport for a flight to Cochin. On arrival, transfer and check into the hotel. In the afternoon, go for a city tour of Cochin . Visit St. Francis Church where Vasco Da Gama was originally buried and the historic Jewish Synagogue built in 1568 AD where one can admire the great scrolls of the Old Testament, the copper plates in which the grants of privilege made by the Cochin rulers were recorded, and the exquisite Chinese hand painted tiles. Also visit the Dutch Palace, Chinese Fishing Nets and the Spice Market. In the evening, enjoy a spectacular Kathakali dance show. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 : Cochin – Munnar (145 kms | 4 hrs by road)

In the morning, drive to Munnar, a hill station and tea city where panoramic views of low-flying clouds and mist filled valleys make it a pretty little heaven with a cool bracing climate. On arrival, check into the hotel. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 : Munnar

In the morning, visit tea plantations. Watch tea being picked, learn how tea is processed, smell the sweet scent of tea wafting through the air and buy the tea directly from the gardens. In the afternoon, take an excursion to Mattuppetty, to visit its beautiful lake. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 : Munnar – Periyar (140 kms | 4 hrs by road)

In the morning, drive to Periyar. On arrival, check into the hotel. The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is situated on the banks of the Periyar Lake – an artificial lake, at Thekkady. Here the high ranges of the Western Ghats are clothed in dense evergreen, moist deciduous forests and savannah grasslands. Below this thick green canopy roam herds of elephants, sambars, tigers, gaurs, lion tailed macaques and Nilgiri langurs. Enjoy a boat ride on the lake in the afternoon, and see the wild animals in their natural habitat. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 : Periyar

Early in the morning, set off for game viewing in the National Park. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Thereafter, visit tea and spice plantations or go on a short trek through the forest with an escort. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 : Periyar – Kovalam (270 Kms | 6 hrs by road)

After breakfast, drive to Kovalam. On arrival, check into the hotel. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 8 : Kovalam

Enjoy the entire day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 9 : Kovalam – Kumarakom (160 kms | 5 hrs by road)

After breakfast, depart by road to Alleppey. Proceed by motorboat to Kumarakom through the scenic backwaters. Enjoy the endless stretch of water running miles to nowhere; its banks lined with swaying palms fanning the lush green rice fields below dancing in rhythm with the gentle sea breeze carrying a medley of flavors of fish, coconut and spice. On arrival, check into the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 10 : Kumarakom

After breakfast, take a short boat ride to Philip Kutty’s Farm to experience country life. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 11 : Kumarakom – Cochin (60 kms | 1 hr by road), Cochin– Mumbai (1 hr 45 mins by air)

Spend the morning at leisure. In the afternoon transfer to the airport to board he flight for Mumbai. Upon arrival, transfer and check into the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 12 : Departure from Mumbai

After breakfast, enjoy a tour to the Elephanta Caves , dedicated to Lord Shiva and contain some of the most magnificent sculptures in the Deccan region. In the afternoon, visit the Gateway of India, built to commemorate the royal visit of George V and Queen Mary in 1911.On time transfer to International airport to connect flight for onward destination.
